Location was perfect! Balcony views were wonderful and house was right across from beach. 5 minute walk to town for food, drinks, tourist shops, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

Impeccable condition of the property and everything was clean. Both the inside and outside garden is being cared for in great detail. Main village can still be reached on foot. The staff was extremely friendly. We even were offered a small breakfast even though officially there isn’t breakfast included.

Modern rooms, firm bed, tv, mini frig, dresser, lots of closets, and chaise lounge. Bathroom had spa shower. Quiet location but if you open windows at 5 am you’ll hear the neighboring roosters, dogs and turkeys. About 5 minute walk to shops and dining and 10 minute drive to famous Simos Beach. This family owned villas had great hospitality. Anastasia and Katerina were welcoming and helpful. Will visit again!!!AngelaYoung couple
