Our flight got cancelled and we booked this apartment at midnight, the host could not have been more helpful to ensure we could access the property and making a difficult situation less problematic. The apartment is lovely, 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms lots of towels and entire apartment very clean. Lots of utensils, although we didn't cook. Lovely balcony on both bedrooms and nice out door sitting area, subset and views are quite spectacular. We would highly recommend this apartment, but suggest a car is required. Many thanks to a wonderful host, you made a very difficult situation a very enjoyable experience and we are extremely thankful of your hospitality and kindness.

Where to start, Mr Kostas, the most welcoming, caring and simply AMAZING host we’ve ever experienced, and that’s without even ever having met him!! From leaving us gifts at the door when we’re away to waiting for us to go out for dinner so he can clean the pool and tidy the garden, a level of service dreams couldn’t make up. I have made detailed pictures of the most stunning garden and lower level completely private pool side as it is EXACTLY what I’d want my dream house to look like! As a Muslim family privacy is very important and privacy is exactly what you are getting on the lower level pool side, very cleverly designed! Surrounded by beautiful trees, birds and cats you will find the peace you’re looking for. The house itself, just as stunningly designed as the inside, comfortable bedroom, nice long couch, all the amenities you could want in the kitchen which is well stocked too! The bathroom is very roomy, the shower (for the first time ever encountered) has too much pressure when fully opened!? So you have the luxury to only use part of the water pressure rather than wishing for more. We didn’t end up using the airconditioning as stays nice and cool throughout the day, and the addition of a washing machine is very useful too. THANK YOU for one of our most memorable holidays!!

    Everything was pristine and super-luxurious. The room was very spacious and smart and the mattress was the best ever! The shower was a room unto itself, so no unwanted water on the floor anywhere. The lighting was also very flexible, with a variety of combinations and , most importantly, good bed-side light for reading. I could go on and on, but I will end with a thank you to the staff who were very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed an excellent cocktail in the bar.

    One of the best stays ever ! From outside you do not expect such luxurious apartments inside. I mean, you see the building is new, but it is in the middle of old town and you expect old fashion style apartments, but they are not.

    Nice quiet hotel, easy reach from bus station and easy walk to all major museums and bus stops for out of town sites. No pressure from hotel reception, all very calm casual and polite. Added breakfasts to stay once at hotel and easy to pay on checkout. Rooms adequate and wasn't expecting or looking for 4star luxury. Comfy quiet little hotel. Excellent eating in small tavernas nearby.

    The apartment lived up to its luxurious name. Everything was first class and well thought out. Beautifully stylish but with a cosy feel. The location is perfect, in a pedestrian street in the town centre within easy reach of everything, shops, restaurants, cafés and many of the monuments that make Heraklion famous. I would definitely stay there again.

    Very nice and large villa with private swimming pool. The view on the sea is really amazing. There was everything you need. Also every day there was someone from agency taking care of other villas and asking if we need anything. There are few beatifull beaches close to the villa however you need a car to easily go there as the villa is located on the top of the quite high hill. It is really close to the Heraklion airport so it takes just 20 minutes to get there.
