It's an absolutely lovely house in a quiet place, where you can truly enjoy the evening after a busy day) The house has all you need. A fully equipped kitchen, in case you love to cook yourself - though there are a couple of really good restaurants where you can get by foot, not necessarily by car. Living room with TV and coach, a separate bedroom with a large and comfy bed, air conditioner, a nice shower cabinet and even a washing mashine.. Also, a comfy terrace with a great view, where you can truly enjoy your morning coffee, or maybe a drink at night. The host was super amicable, and has left some fruits and drinks for us as a welcoming gift. We would definitely love to stay there again.

The owner was very friendly & helpful, the property is clean and modern, kitchen equipped with everything you need, the pool is amazing. The downstairs terrace is spacious, you can spend an enitire day there at the pool, and the upstairs terrace has beautiful views of the sea and the sunset over the tree tops. The property is close to Agios Nikitas (3km), also 5 and 15 min away by car from 2 of the nicest restaurants with a view we have been to (Amente, Fly Me).

The villa is situatied on a hill overlooking the sea. All the 3 bedrooms and the living room are oriented towards the sea and the whole villa has a beautiful view of the sunset. The pool is a really good size and is a shared between 2 villas. We had no problem with this. Everything was super clean (inside and outside). The villa has a small living room which opens to a terrace with a table and a beautiful view. It also has a small well equipped kitchen. 2 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, the third bedroom has a dedicated bathroom which can also be reached from the living room. One of the bedrooms has a separate entrance with a dedicated key than the rest of the villa but both entrances are from the same yard. The villa is really close to Agios Nikitas (7 min drive) where you can find a beautiful beach and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. It is also close to a lot of beautiful sandy beaches with blue waters. There are 4 parking spots at the villa.

Located close to Agios Nikitas and 40 mins from Egremni. Check in and out was very easy and the host was responding quickly. Definitely recommend!

In the studio, everything was functional and the kitchen was well equipped. The house has a big private parking with a natural shade. The location is mountainous and only 15/20 minutes drive to the beaches. The village has two restaurants, a cafe bar and couple of shops.

It is very clean, it was cleaned every day. The bathroom is a little uncofortable, because the shower isn't separated, so everything is wet when you take a shower. It was very nice, clean and comfortable, the viilas is very near from beach kathisima it has a very nice pool and enough space for everything. The host is one of the best i ever met, i leave there with a friend in plus not just a host, he was doing his best to have all we need and be comfortable in our holiday. I will return here next year and i will recommend to everyone this villasCCatalinGroup
