very Greek stile simpatico stay, made with taste, everything exceptionally clean, comfortable, for the summer we had air conditioning and ventilation. short walk to the sea with best beaches on Aegina because of the color and cleanness of the water. the stay is isolated form the noise. pleasant and welcoming owner and very helpful. we had in the house everything we needed and even more like presents from the owner. very Greek atmosphere in the garden with chairs and tables.

Location (but I would recommend to have a car, otherwise taxi is needed for comfortable shopping). Villa is in a residential area, mostly locals around. You have a fantastic view from the roof of the villa in the night. Friendly owner. Aircondition worked well. You can explore small hidden beaches nearby (northern part of the island), but you need a car to get to bigger beaches. We liked especially Marathona beach.
