Beautiful location and Villa, the pictures don’t do it justice! Eco friendly house, amazing view, very clean, fully accessorized including the kitchen and laundry machine. The kids loved the pool! We would love to come again for a longer stay. Be sure to rent a car, the Villa is secluded on a mountain, must have a car to go to Lefkes or anywhere else.

Everything was perfect. I booked the double room, upon arrival I was informed I had been upgraded to the Villa 90 with hot tub. And what a villa! Immaculately decorated, lots of space indoors and outdoors, and great views from the terracce off the master bedroom. At night it was really quiet, and the bed was very comfortable, no problem getting a good nights rest here! The village of Lefkes is a bucolic gem, and despite its size there are a few good restaurants and cafees. I will definitely stay here again if I ever get to visit Paros again some day.

We are renting the house for 2 full months. Kostos is a pleasant and quite authentic village with a lovely village square and hidden alleyways. Driving to Parikia and other places and beaches is a matter of 10 to 20 minutes. The house is well equipped and has quality appliances. The 3 terraces are inviting spaces, but the summer heat limits their usage. Air conditioning in the house is working very well. Brief access with small car possible, but no parking next to the property. Generally speaking a very pleasant place in a less touristy location - we really liked it!

The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. One of the biggest things that we appreciated the most was the location. Lefkes, Marpissa, Prodromos and Marmera are some of the most beautiful small towns on the island and they are all less than 10 min away so we were able to visit a few of them multiple times and find favorite spots to visit. Another helpful aspect is that the owners are on the property below the house and have alllll the inside information you need. Aspa and Chris are very kind and had many suggestions of what to see and do. my daughter was stung by a fish at a beach and Aspa worked hard calling around to get us medical help and access to the nearest ER. We had a beautiful gift basket when we arrived and everything was set and ready for us. The views from the villa were a wonderful treat to wake up to and we are still talking about how much we enjoyed our time on Paros.
