Everything, View from the villa, beautiful sunrise, specious, quiet area, swimming pool. The villa is located in a quiet area which we loved. Spiros was an amazing host, he was always there for us, accommodating. We were 6 adults and used all bedrooms including the sofa bed but we never felt crowded. Little tips - 35 euro from/to the airport by taxi. Best 3 hours private boat trip with a captain from Keri beach (Pls ask Spiros), 4 nice restaurants (Votsalo-5mins walk, Mythos - overlooking Keri beach, my favourite is seafood risotto!, Harmoney's bar & restaurant - nice view & granny's home cooking, Allegro traditional restaurant in Keri village- Spiros's favourite we think, local food, cosy atmosphere, very local feel) Walking to Keiri beach takes a half-hour, 5mins drive. If you are a group and a light sleeper, I'd suggest one of the ground floor rooms not the room above the living room. We had a fantastic stay and hope to go back to the Villa again.

Views from this property are absolutely stunning! The photos you see here are gorgeous but it's even better in person. The space was perfect for our group (my spouse, 20 month old baby, my Mom and a few friends.) Every room has an ocean view and ensuite bathroom which made for a very comfortable stay for our group. The outdoor space and pool area is really well laid out so you can mingle as a group or enjoy quiet time on the opposite side of the pool - there are plenty of lounge chairs and seating. Our most enjoyable meals were those had at the villa - the large table outside which was perfectly spacious. We hired a private chef to cook at the villa one night which was especially fun! Enjoying a sundowner in the evenings and the morning sunrise with a coffee by the pool was so peaceful. Our son enjoyed the pool which has stairs where he could sit and play and also loved the playground on site! The host provided tons of information in advance for our stay and had great suggestions for restaurants, boat trips, chef to prepare dinner in our villa, massages, etc. Pandy and his wife were incredibly kind and made us feel most welcome at the property. He and the house managers took good care of us and cleaned the pool area every morning so it was immaculately clean! We appreciated the tranquility of this location and felt like we were staying in a private luxury resort. Highly recommend this property - we had a fantastic stay!

I would highly recommend anyone thinking about a boat trip use this service as the hosts at Exensian will only book with the most reputable firms. Spiros maintained the villa and pool throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble.

Jason accompanied us half-way from the airport, to help us find the place and the best route; the fridge was stocked with food, drinks, fruit; everything was spotless and tidy, huge space. They offered to come and clean daily, or change sheets, which we didn't need for just our 5 day stay, preferring peace and privacy. Sunrises are the best part of the day (amazing views and light!).
