Very helpful and stayed in touch daily to make sure we was ok. Even baked us cake one day as we returned from a day out. So very thoughtful. Thankyou ince again.

The owner is super sweet and gave us a lot of suggestions and advice on what to do and help if we needed it! The Villa is stunning super new and clean but with a cozy vibe! we were a group of 8 girls and it was perfect inside and out! The villa is located in a very nice smaller town but with everything you would need and the beach and restaurants were 5 min away walking! we had the absolute best time and we dearly recommend this place a hope to return ourselves one day! Such a beautiful Villa, town and nature!

Brand new and immaculately clean, with everything we needed. The owner (an architect) and his wife designed and built the building themselves and have great pride in looking after it and welcoming you personally into the villa. It has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and mountains from every window. There are lots of different areas to sit during the day, depending on the sun and shade. The pool was amazing and someone came to clean it everyday.

My partner and I have just returned from a one week stay at Kenny's Estate. kenny the owner, such a lovely man who went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even cooking us a chicken dinner in a huge casserole dish filled with rice, vegetable, chips and bread, which he then delivered to the door cooked to perfection, and still hot! All the staff involved with our stay, including Helios car hire company situated in the village were all exceptional, everyone went out of there way for us above and beyond anything I have ever experienced anywhere. We gave them a couple of issues during our stay, locking ourselves out of the villa was one, but nothing was too much trouble for these cheerful guys. The villa inside and out is beautiful, very spacious, relaxing and only a ten minute walk to Mastichari village where there is a lovely beach, there is also a 5 minute walk down to another beach near to the villa. The villa is surrounded by beautiful views of the sea and mountains, and very peaceful sitting out on the patio area on an evening watching the sun go down. The villa also felt like home from home with every kitchen gadget to utensil needed for your stay. The lovely, traditional stone bathroom has a fabulous power shower, with plenty of towels available to you. The landcsaped garden area is filled with beautiful, colourful flowered pots tended to by Kenny, which attracts a lovely white butterfly. It's an amazing villa, all photographs are true to the website, but best of all was the hospitality from everyone that made my trip, as one of the most remarkable thing about Greece is its people!

The villa is even better than what look in the photographs. It's spacious, well equipped and luxurious. There was a plentiful supply of towels and toiletries and a very generous welcome basket. There are lots of supermarkets within a 5 minute walking distance and tavernas . It is a great location to explore the island. If you have a car, everything is within easy reach. I cannot recommend this villa enough – money well spent for a luxury stay

The trip from the airport was quick and uncomplicated. Very warm and friendly welcome by the host. Everything you need for your holiday is available in the house. Beautiful garden with many terraces and seating areas. All terraces are equipped with sun protection. We mostly sat on the terrace from where you can see the sea and the neighbouring island of Kalymnos. The nearest shopping facilities are in Mastichari, about 1 kilometre away. Countless restaurants offer a wide selection. The property borders directly on the road leading from Antimachia to Mastchari. So you have to accept a certain amount of traffic noise - it didn't bother us. A huge oleander hedge bloomed towards the neighbour. The two rose bushes at the entrance to the house are also beautiful. Very good - and also important: all windows and doors have insect screens. No mosquitoes, no spiders in the house - very good. What you should really look out for: There are many ants on Kos. Also around the house. If you don't want to have a caravansary in the kitchen, you should regularly dispose of the rubbish - there is a container directly opposite on the other side of the street. We also swept the terrace after breakfast.
