Beautiful property in a fabulous location. The main bedroom especially, the bathrooms, the pool, the balcony, even the roof under the stars! All superb. A sense of luxury just 1 min walk from all the charm that Matala has to offer. Nikos and his mother were also incredibly warm, friendly, helpful and professional. Great communication throughout.

Absolutely stunning small villa, perfect for a family. Privacy, rest, and a beautiful environment. Short walk to the beach. It's very convenient that the villa's are next to/part of a hotel (hotel Calypso). We had a simple breakfast there every day and ordered lunch a few days as well. Breakfast was free and lunch was good and cheap. The room was cleaned 1x in a week which was perfect for us. The washing machine was very convenient, and all amenities provided were good. The staff/owners of the Hotel and Villa's were absolutely lovely.

Stunning Villa with bathroom inside everyone of the 2 bedrooms. Very clean, new and beautiful interior, own infinity pool for every villa. Maybe around 5-10 minutes to walk to Malata Beach... Better to walk because there are not enough possibilities for parking on the Beach. We were so glad to be there... best time of our round trip. Employees from the hotel where breakfast is, are so much kindly.

the place itself is perfect. next to the center of Matala and a few minutes walk from the beach. bed was very comfortable, one of the best I slept whilst on holidays. it also has two toilets and two showers which is very good especially when families or group of friends travel together. everything is new and very clean. I totally recommend it.

This place is in the middle of everything, and the most important .. in front of the beach! The place is clean, modern and beautiful. The sunset view from the balcony is breath taking. You can go down the stairs and be straight at the beach, i love it!

We loved our stay at AKTI homes. The house was in a great location, could be at the sea in 1 minute, even less to the bars and restaurants. The view of the caves from the balcony was beautiful and was lovely relaxing in the hot tub listening to live music being played locally floating through the air. Great finishes on appliances and comfy beds. The owner met us on arrival and she was lovely. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The best, I repeat, the best location in Matala. A view like from an eagle's nest on the bay, cliff, town. Access to the city beach 2.5 minutes (exit from the beach to the facility 4.5 minutes). You can walk between neighboring houses only in flip-flops and with a beach towel. The most wonderful beaches before and after the departure of guests who arrive from Heraklion between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. The perfect price-quality ratio. Nice gifts during your stay from the owners. Excellent contact with the caretaker of the facility, Mrs. Eva. Discreet cleaning of the facility. Moments spent on the terrace - priceless, not convertible into any currency. Live music (blues, reggae and local) coming discreetly from 21:00 - 23:00. A table, dinners, a bottle of chilled wine and sunsets and nights with the stars. The sound of the waves coming from the bay. What more do you want? It is worth staying in this place for at least 5-7 days to catch the atmosphere of the place. Beautiful Red Baach beach (15 minutes to and 25 minutes back) accessible in swimwear. Must visit Mojito Jannis Red Beach and ... don't believe the negative reviews. He is a wonderful, sensitive man running his own business. If you give kindness, it will come back to you in greater quantity. You get everything in the facility: silence, music, crystal sea, kindness, the ability to do your own cooking, swimming, jogging, walking, bathing and wonderful moments with a loved one.
