The property was absolutely beautiful and Nineta has done an amazing job with renovating the property both inside and out! The pool is a fantastic size for a family of 5 and the indoor pool is also a spa. The property is also in private gated grounds, there are 2 more villas within the compound with access to communal areas plus table tennis and a pool table. 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants, wonderful!

We had a week stay in World Villa in May and it was amazing: the host is very kind and caring, communication was fast and efficient. Villa itself is totally new, all appliances and Wi-fi worked efficiently, towels provided, garden with tables, chairs and sofas is beautiful. Grill outside. Parking for 2-3 cars outside the villa. Pool is 10m long (by guessing) and was cleaned every second day. Inside AC worked well (we had to heat as nights were a bit chilly). Beds were comfy, however in one of the bedrooms it's only a sofa-type smaller double bed and in another bedroom the double bed is also a bit small. Showers and WC's were super clean, kitchen was equiped with plates, cooking devices, glasses for tea/coffee/wine, spices, paper towels. There is Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Host left us a welcome gift too! Villa is located 25min drive from Chania and only an hour drive from Balos beach and 1h15min drive from Elafonisi beach, which allows you to arrive their early to avoid the crowds. All in all the villa is in a very quite environment, with visible sea (small pebble stone shore) and few tavernas in the village (5min walking). Loved it trully! ❤️

It was so amazing that we didn't want to get out. Everything is so beautiful and stylish. Amazing pool with jacuzzi in the pool corner. The rooms are gorseous and comfortable. There are 2 seperate floors. The villa is very clean and has a great maintenance. It has everything inside and if you need anything, the kind staff would give you. They were all soooo nice and helpful. We had such a great time.

Quiet place with a lot of privacy, away from the main touristic places, shops and restaurants nearby, great host with attention to detail, there was a bowl of fruits and some basic food in the fridge at the arrival, which our tired kids really appreciated (and so did parents :)). The swimming pool was fantastic, also with the shallow part for young kids. There is a Lidl shop 10 minutes away by car but there are 2 local food shops and a bakery within a walking distance as well and several restaurants.

I highly recommend Anthos Villas and in particular Schinos for a beautiful accommodation for your trip. My husband and I came to Crete for the second time for a romantic getaway. We loved the ambience of our villa - Schinos. It evokes such a feeling of peace the moment you step through the gates. The gardening is impeccable and the pool refreshing. We spent many happy moments enjoying the amenities and the view. Inside, the villa was just as beautiful. We stay at a lot of beautiful villas and Schinos ranks at the top. The furniture and decor is tastefully done and contributes to the feeling of quiet luxury. The beds are comfortable and the shower (especially the double shower upstairs) is so inviting. Sometimes we were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave! :) As for location, I think Schinos and Anthos Villas had the perfect blend of privacy with closeness to tavernas, banks and more. When we were at the villa we felt like it was our own private oasis but also loved that there was a beautiful villa just a 5 min walk away by the beach (Anemomylous Taverna - highly recommend) and even more on the main strip a 2 min drive away (especially Kaneva - try the grilled items!). Also old town Chania is a quick 35-40 min drive away. Overall, this was a perfect stay. We highly recommend this villa and location for a relaxing yet engaging holiday. Special thank you to Sevi for your warm welcome and support throughout the trip. The pride and care you take in maintaining Anthos Villas is evident and well appreciated . :)

Our accommodation was a perfect choice for our vacation! The location was excellent, and we especially loved the privacy provided by the fences and vegetation. The building was new and very clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was cozy, and the fantastic beach was just a little over 100m away. The host was delightful and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a successful and relaxing holiday! Additionally, we suggest considering car rental as it offers more flexibility, even though there is a bus stop to Hania within 700m.

I was delighted with my stay at Dempla Heights Villas. The property was exactly as described on the website. The owners were very attentive to our needs while respecting our privacy. They were always ready to provide assistance or answer our questions at the earliest opportunity. One of the main advantages of this house is its cleanliness and modern condition. All appliances, including kitchen equipment, were available and in excellent condition, making us feel at home. I cannot fail to mention the breathtaking sea view from the veranda. An incredible sight that simply takes your breath away. The two bathrooms in the house were exceptionally convenient for our stay. In terms of value for money, this house is definitely worth it. The only thing to consider is that it's desirable to have a car for a comfortable stay in this area. The approach to the parking lot, which is located on a hill, can be a bit challenging, especially for those unaccustomed to mountain roads. Despite this, I would unequivocally recommend Dempla Heights Villas to other travelers in search of a secluded and comfortable holiday with a spectacular view.
