The owner was really nice with us and checked us in earlier than she was supossed to. The place was quiet and perfect for relaxing and its perfect for a family with 2 kids. The beaches are 10 mins away with the car or there is also a nearby wild beach but it has many rocks. I enjoyed staying here and i will return for sure.

The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location is wonderful, the house is right on the sea. You look out at Mount Olympus every day, which is stunning. It is a short 5-minute drive to the small town of Kallikrateia to the west and Sozopoli to the east. There's a supermarket even nearby too so even though you feel remote, you are never far from amenities. We were four people and the house was a perfect size for us. The place was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a hit with the kids. We visited in the crisp, cold blue skies of December, which was very peaceful. An open fireplace would have made it perfect.

Very calm location, no noisy neighbours, no loud bars or pubs nearby. The only annoying noise in the evening comes from the nearby road but it's not such an issue (it cannot be heard inside the house, only in the garden). My wife didn't like it, though. Very pleasant house, equipped with everything one may need for a family vacation. Nice garden with enough space to park a car and areas where children can play; there's also a place here you can have lunch or dinner.

Outside there is a large sitting area with a kitchen for the whole family. Our stay in the villa was very nice. The welcome was very warm with a bottle of wine, water and fruits. The communication with Mike was very easy and pleasant. Thank you, we had a very nice vacation.

Everything was brand new and spotless clean, the house is very well equipped both inside and outdoors (and as seen in the pictures/ description). We especially enjoyed the lovely garden and barbecue in the evenings. The location is perfect because it’s just a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, super market etc., but you are far enough from the busy area of Vergia to enjoy the quietness and relax. The communication prior and during the stay was also super smooth, we were welcomed by George who gave us some really useful recommendations for the area and who was available throughout our stay (thank you!). There was even a nice bottle of wine and some fruits waiting for us :) Very enjoyable stay, we will for sure come back soon!
