Absolute perfection. Having stayed at a number of great places in North Zakynthos in the last 3 years nowhere comes close. Stunning new villas with the most incredible view. Being higher up in the mountains the vantage point is simply stunning - topped off with a huge infinity pool. Wake up early and watch the sunrise! The outside terrace space is huge with a clay pizza oven and a separate bbq. I messaged our host Giota asking for wood for the pizza oven and it was delivered within an hour. Inside the villa is super stylish, with everything you could possibly need - a smart TV, Comfy sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, super comfy beds, Nespresso machine, electric blinds etc We went with our 15 month old and had a great cot / high chair delivered. It's a 15 minute drive to Agios Nikolaos with loads of great restaurants, and the same time to some little beaches we found off the tourist maps (Agriosikia / Climati). 5 minutes away is Volimes with a number of restaurants, bakery, mini mart etc. It's honestly perfection. Well done for creating such a special place! And thanks Giota - a great host!

We only stayed one night in this beautiful place with a group of friends, before heading to Agios Nikolaos harbour. That was a pity, because the Villa is amazing! Had a small "pool party" before going to bed, in the middle of it, the light turned off and we didn't figured out how to switch in on. Every room has its own bathroom, amazing interior design. The owner / manager, Vivi, is a super sweet person, excellent communication.

The view is beautiful, swimming pool is perfect to chill or have a drink next to it. The owner (Marios) was really nice! He was responding to any request/question we had really quickly and was very pro-consumer. The villa had some welcome food/wine in the fridge we could use. The area is not very touristic in terms of shops or parties, but it makes it perfect to chill out. It is better to have a car.

Volimes is a nice, quiet town to experience authentic local life. The house had a nice view from the upstair window and terrace. Great firm beds. Very clean place & washing machine helped too. It's a better location to reach the best rocky beaches, compared to staying in the south of the island. Good parking spot in front of the house .. had a combi (longer car) and were still able to easily manage the small streets and parking. Kaminaki is a great place to eat local food, only 20-30 min walk away or 5 minutes by car.

Great location in a traditional quiet greek village, with 3 terraces from where you can see an amazing sunset. The small streets near location are great for walking. Mini market near location with fresh ice-cream. Close to Navagio view point and Filipoi beach. The host, Helena, waited us with wine and local goodies, thank you!!!

The location is a bit far away from most attractions, but it is close to the Navaggio view point and to the northern beaches + there are couple of nice local restaurants nearby (walking distance). We stayed only three nights and it was not enough, the villas are worth it pretty much.

The studio was very spacious and came with a terrace with an incredible view of the bay of Agios Nikolaos and its island Vardiola St. Nicholas. It was very clean, the service was excellent and we had a delicious breakfast made from local products, which was served every morning in our room and is highly recommended.

It was a new one, clean, the staff was helpful and cleaning the bed sheets and towels everyday. The location is not near interes points, but if you have a car you will manage to go around the island. You have a parking spot that can fit up to like 4 cars a clean pool and a nice sunset view. The bed is confortable, the kitchen items like the fridge and oven are new and proper working. It is a large studio with a high vaulted roof, a lovely rustic charm but it is also modern, clean and comfortable, with spectacular views. we had an excellent Greek/Continental breakfast, served on our terrace at a time of our choosing. We ate outside looking out on the bay, Harbour, and with the mountains of Cephalonia in the distance.NickYoung couple
