This is an extrordinary well-equipped guesthouse on three floors with extremely nice owners! The house is situated in a narrow street from which it is only a short walk down to a picturesque beach. The beds are very comfortable and the whole house holds a lot of storage space for all your stuff. Besides, the interior design is absolutely smart and awfully pretty! You get what you see on the pictures!

House is not far from sea. It is old house, but nicely reconstructed. Situated in area with pleasant comunity of local Croatians. Very calm place. There is parking place dedicated directly to the house not far from it. There was all equipment needed for our stay. Every floor is generally one room + bathroom and steps going to another floor. So it is not suitable accomodation for eg. seniors, wheelchair etc. Top floor is kitchen + living room + terrace with nice view to the sea. Owner is very pleasant and helpfull. Key handover is contactless via small safe locker.

It is definitely a very unique place: you're in a middle of nowhere, in a cute little shepard's cottage with an amazing sea view. You don't get to see a lot of people (which was what we aimed for), on the other hand, you encounter quite a lot of sheep. Guess there are not many places where you can dance naked in the rain in your backyard without being looked weird at - well, this place definitely IS one of those. But.....because there are some buts...there is not to expect the basic comfort we're used to. Oh yes, the generator, I'm talking about you. It's damn loud, you can run it only for few hours a day so you're basically living in Middle Age, relying on candles and bottled water. It's reaaally dark during the night, and us civilized people are so not used to that! Obviously no AC which makes is almost unliveable during the night. The access is not easy and I guess if you do not own an off-road you're up for a serious adventure. The prize is definitely too high for for you get. IMO, all of these are quite easily solved by putting up a pair of solar panels and getting some landscape work done. Investing a little bit in the interior design. Getting rid of that dirty stinky puddle in front of the house that attracts all sorts of pests and making the road more accessible. With that, and maybe some, you have a dream summer house because that place/location already is a dreamy one.

Staying in this villa was one of the very best experiences I had staying in Croatia. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and having a fantastic host. I hope to be able to get back to Baška, and if I do, getting back to this villa will be the very first thing I'll try ;)
