It's perfect for both short holidays and longer stays. The house is nicely furnished with good quality stuff. The pool was a lifesaver during the heatwave, and the owner always kept it in top shape. The hosts, Željko and Katarina, are really friendly and generous, which made our experience even better. Thanks a lot for your hospitality. ❤️ We'll definitely come back.

The view and the terrace are the highlight of the house, and it was just perfect to spend the last days of summer there. We made also use of the outdoor barbecue as well.

Anita and Damir are really special hosts. They tried to make us feel welcome all the time. We felt like we were getting special treatment, but I guess they are so attentive to everyone. 🙂 The property has everything that anyone needs or could ever need, really, there is no need to go to the city to get something or anything like that. There is no one around and there is no fear of disturbing someone because of noise or anything, and no one could disturb us either. Only Anita and Damir are close by if you need anything. The place is really beautiful, everything is nicely arranged and spacious, but the best of all are the hosts. 😉 Recommended to anyone who wants peace, freedom, enjoyment and a feeling of welcome throughout the entire stay. 😊

    My stay at Villa Neda was simply wonderful! Ivica and Neda made me feel very welcome. The apartment was tastefully furnished to a very high standard, there was nothing cheap, everything was spotless and you could feel their exquisite taste and warm hospitality in every detail. I have spent several weeks on the Croatian Adriatic but Villa Neda was by far the best and highest quality accommodation at a very fair price. Dear Neda and Ivica, thank you very much for such a wonderful time in Vodice. I look forward to our next reunion!

    The people at Villa Iva are super friendly and welcoming. We had no problems whatsoever. The kitchen has everything you need (including a dishwasher!) to cook. The apartment is very spacious and in good condition. The pool is taken care of on a regular basis and is thus very clean. You reach Olympia and imperial Beach (very beautiful places with a lot of restaurants, bars and more) within 10 mins and have grocery stores nearby. All in all a perfect value for money.

    We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront apartment in Croatia. The location was perfect, right by the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the appartment was recently renovated with modern amenities. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach vacation.

    The pool was nice, the Villa very clean and spacious. There was everything we need for cooking and bbq (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, some spices). The Villa even provides a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack and an ironing station. Every room has air conditioning and enough closet space for clothes. The host (Ivana) was super nice and friendly, she gave us some recommendations. If anything was unclear, she responded very quickly and gave her best to make our stay nice and easy.

    Beautiful house in a stunning location. Walking distance into the town. The design and decor of the house is amazing, really well done. Perfect villa for 7 but plenty of room for more. It was really hot when we stayed so the pool was a bonus.

    Our apartment at Villa Pina was wonderful. The location was outstanding--a very short walk to the water and a good distance to walk to Vodice. I appreciated being away from some of the noise at night in Vodice. We had free parking with a key card to get in and out. It was very simple and safe.

    Friendly host in combination with luxury furnished villa equals great holiday. Villa seems to be brand new and it's very well furnished. It even has heated pool.
