Nice , brand new house with a great swimming pool. You Can see the panorama of Vrbnik from the bedroom Windows :) everything was new, fresh and clean. the host was absolutely charming and everything we needed was to reach just in a moment . the house has own big parking place. It’s situated on a hill, 7 min walk from the center if Vrbnik. Air condition, grill, kitchen equipment - everything on the highest level 👍

We had a really enjoyable stay in this tastefully and comfortably renovated stone apartment in the old town. Well equipped for cooking-in, comfortable for sleeping-in, nicely modernized bathroom for cleaning up, and lovely for relaxing in good weather on the upper storey terrace. Both the dishwasher and clothes washer worked very well! The location is right next to the narrow street and convenient to everything in the town. Parking is in the center of town and there is a minimal daily cost during the busiest months but this is common for most old towns around Croatia.

We were simply blown away by our stay at Vila Santa Maria. We are demanding guests, but this villa is simply synonym of excellence and I can personally recommend it to even the most demanding visitors. The hosts are great, kind and generous people who have left their hearts in the villa and you can feel it everywhere. They will help you with everything, they speak German and English very well. After a few minutes you feel like at home. We spent almost a week here with our mom and the children, and everyone enjoyed a lot of fun and relax. You have everything you need here, even things you never thought you could need. Everything is new and modernly furnished, comfortable mattresses, air-conditioned everywhere, very quiet location, divine view, ideal pool, which is completely in the sun until about 2 pm (in july) and then gradually in the shade, so you can swim in it depending on your preferences. I have never really been so excited about accommodation. The location is also excellent. All the beautiful places on the island of Krk can be reached within half an hour by car (Rajska cesta in Malinská, the city of Krk, Baška beach, Oprna beach,...). I personally recommend taking a paddleboard with you in your car and spending a nice day on Potovosce beach. From there, you can paddleboard to the hidden Plaža pod Crnice, where you will feel like you are in Bali. The small market in the center offers basic ingredients, what you may need for breakfast, and the restaurants in Vrbník is also excellent (personally recommend the restaurant Nada, hosts could reserve a table for you here). I know it looks like I'm advertising, but trust me, after staying here for some days, you'll have the same enthusiasm :) I guarantee! 10/10 for us. :) Huge Thanks to hosts for everything.

The hosts are very friendly and always reachable and try everything to help you get the best out of your stay on Krk. The house is amazing and has every possible comfort. All rooms are equally great (each with their own private bathroom) and separated from each other so in our group of 10 there was no discussing about who is getting which room. The house is practically new, spacious and very well planned for 5 couples like us who still wanted a little bit of their own privacy. It is located in a quiet but central area. If we come back to Krk, this would definitely be our place to stay again.

    Location is amazing, 100m away from the beach which is very nice, perfect for families with little ones and also with teenagers because of rocks from where they can jump off and a great bar with good cocktails at a good price! 100m away from the beautiful village with all facilities . Great terrace sunny in the morning but in the shade rest of the day so cooler! A lovely lady who leave just above so if you need anything she's always there.

    Cute luxury boutique hotel just outside Vbrnik at only 2 min by foot to the towncenter. Loved the location even if it does not have sea views which you don’t miss while being there. Great breakfast, lovely hostess, and the fact that you can just walk to the harbor below to have a grilled sardine lunch, a wine tastery next door, a great beach bar with -of course a cute beach zgribmika (go there for the greatest gin-tonic!!) and at 15 min drive from Krk. Our tip to book when visiting the island!

    The location has a perfect view on the hillside. We had the whole house and no neighbours around. Everything clean and very well equiped. Kitched had all necessary devices and plates, cutlery, etc. Bathrooms very clean and had lot of towels to use. On the terrace you see the water and the small villages about 8 km away. The whirlpool was perfect warm and clean. Shopping in Krk around 15 km was ok, because we had a car.

    Large window opening to juliet balcony provided a beautiful view of the village and the sea. Hosts were very helpful and provided what was needed for us to grill our dinner on the front terrace. Very easy to walk down to the old Town and local beaches. Excellent value. Highly recommend

    Nice, little apartment, perfekt for us as a couple. We loved the view and the morning walks to the village center. We made day trips to other parts of the island and loved to come back to Vrbnik in the evening. The apartment is very clean and modern, nice little kitchen to prepare little things. Anamaria and her family is very kind. We definetly would love to come back one day. The communication was very easy and Anamaria responded super fast ;)

    Property was better than we could hope for. Everything is on top. It is not modern-big-glass-windows villa but Magdalena is a perfect fit to Vrbnik village. House is big and clean. Host is super friendly. He helped us with so many things- information about village, beaches near by. He even found us local car rental and booked us minivan. Also he carried oure luggage for 7 people up from parking lot to house with his motortrycicle.

    It's an amazing Villa, perfectly located and absolutely quiet, with just a short walk to the beautiful harbour of Vrbnik, which is perfect for swimming or just hanging around. The old town with restaurants and bars is just a 10 minute walk away. The Villa itself has a very nice pool and space for parking. The rooms are spacious and have air condition. Also the breakfast was good and served by the pool.
