We have traveled all over Indonesia, staying in numerous excellent hotels and bungalows, yet this place has been the most amazing by far. There is an immediate feeling of comfort at the reception with the lovely team. They have been available 24h for every little wish we had. The villa is built in a way that has the best feng shui ever. Every wall is rounded and you feel like there are no corners or edges anywhere. The details are full of surprises starting with even the dental hygiene kit ;) And then there is the POOL! What an amazing feeling to be able to jump into the ever refreshing water anytime you want. The bed - pure heaven! Finally been able to sleep through the night. Fantastic beach close by. You can order food from the area directly to your room. Including the most delicious pizza we've had in all over south east asia. So many more things to say but we dont want to spoil all the surprises. 10/10

We had an amazing stay at Villa Kotak. The property offers everything you could wish for, with a spacious pool and outdoor area for relaxation. It even provides two yoga mats for guests. The villa also has indoor and outdoor workspaces/resting areas with air conditioning for maximum productivity. The location is perfect, with the beach for surfing and several restaurants within walking distance. There are also nearby mini markets for convenience. What made our stay truly remarkable was the exceptional support from Raph and Opick. They promptly attended to our every need and even managed to find a kindle e-reader that I had been searching for. Their dedication and assistance were greatly appreciated. We're already planning our next vacation at Villa Kotak. It was truly an unforgettable experience. 😍

Exceptional villa, very clean, very well equipped. Everything has been done tastefully, and a fantastic location for a family to stay. We loved the quiet location, the amazing semi outdoor bathroom, and of course the pool. Close enough to Selong beach to walk. The friendly host Jo told us about a fresh morning market close by where we stocked up on fresh produce to cook up in the kitchen. The staff cleaned our villa thoroughly during our stay. We wished we booked for a week.

The villa is perfect. Cannot fault Joe and his team at Pandan Villas. Selong Belanak has the most beautiful beach which is a ten minute walk from the villa down country lanes and beautiful fields of water buffalo, or there are bicycles to use. There are also lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The villa itself has two very comfortable double rooms with en-suites, part outdoors. We loved how the property was stocked with tea bags, decent coffee, and a well stocked mini bar at a good price. It was lovely to lie on the sunbeds during the day and relax by the pool, and the outside shower was great after the beach with two very sandy children!! The villa also has all the menus from local restaurants for dining in, and they all deliver. Joe also arranged a hire car for us one day when we wanted to go off exploring. We’ve stayed in a lot of good villas in Indonesia and this is definitely one of the best. Highly recommended.
