We have traveled all over Indonesia, staying in numerous excellent hotels and bungalows, yet this place has been the most amazing by far. There is an immediate feeling of comfort at the reception with the lovely team. They have been available 24h for every little wish we had. The villa is built in a way that has the best feng shui ever. Every wall is rounded and you feel like there are no corners or edges anywhere. The details are full of surprises starting with even the dental hygiene kit ;) And then there is the POOL! What an amazing feeling to be able to jump into the ever refreshing water anytime you want. The bed - pure heaven! Finally been able to sleep through the night. Fantastic beach close by. You can order food from the area directly to your room. Including the most delicious pizza we've had in all over south east asia. So many more things to say but we dont want to spoil all the surprises. 10/10

We were travelling with kids and sensitive toddler, so decent kitchen appliances are something that is really nice to have. The property have stove and big fridge which we are grateful for, and comfy sofa, spacious space, lastly the Tropik team was super helpful during our stay.

Very nice place to be. Villa is amazing. I‘ve stayed there for 6 nights. Beautiful View and nature. It‘s very quiet and if you need help with something the staff is everytime available. Riana was very kind and helpful. She made my stay even better.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Kotak. The property offers everything you could wish for, with a spacious pool and outdoor area for relaxation. It even provides two yoga mats for guests. The villa also has indoor and outdoor workspaces/resting areas with air conditioning for maximum productivity. The location is perfect, with the beach for surfing and several restaurants within walking distance. There are also nearby mini markets for convenience. What made our stay truly remarkable was the exceptional support from Raph and Opick. They promptly attended to our every need and even managed to find a kindle e-reader that I had been searching for. Their dedication and assistance were greatly appreciated. We're already planning our next vacation at Villa Kotak. It was truly an unforgettable experience. 😍

Stayed as a family. Whole villa to ourselves, fruit trees next to the pool, Jo the host super helpful. Even has a bath! Selong beach nearby. This was *the* place to relax for us for a couple of weeks. Can't recommend it highly enough.

As a family, we appreciated all of the extra touches like the kid's cot, high chair, car seat, toys, and bike seat. Joe is a fantastic host who goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need. We will be back.

Joe the owner - a very nice and helpful guy - literally thought of everything. Families with kids will find kids toys, floaties for the pool, even beach toys and beach hats ;). Bikes with baby seats are also complimentary. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of and more and Joe supplies you with local food like organic eggs, butter and cheese if you want to. We absolutely loved staying here and hopefully will come back one day :)
