It is 1.2km to the marina in Alghero or the historic centre so basically its only a ten or fifteen minute walk from the seafront. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Excellent accomodation.

Charming, remote location hidden in a huge olive tree field. A perfect place for a disconnecting holiday with pure calmness surrounding the place - not even cars can be heard as the house is hidden deep in the land. Only two houses on property means that limited bookings can occur at one time making it a very intimate experience, very good for big family holidays. Being middle of June we were lucky to have the place to ourselves. Well equipped with a new kitchen, washing machine and a big BBQ + Pizza Oven. Only a few mins away from Alghero, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and the coast. Lovely hosts welcomed us on arrival and we’re flexible with our check out.

I liked the perfect location, just near the sea and close to the city by walking. Having a supermarket in front of the property was incredibly convenient. The landlord's gentleness and prompt assistance when the building key broke were highly appreciated. The cleanliness of the house, the neatness, and the spacious balcony were great. The fact that the house was equipped with everything, including coffee and sugar, made our stay even more comfortable.

Beautiful newly renovated villa with a stunning view! The house belonged to the grand parents of Enrico and Raoul whom decided to create this lovely villa. It has a very large garden with olive trees, 4 terraces where you can relax (roof, balcony, inner garden, garden) with view on the sea and the sunset. We even got fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning.

Tramonto is a family run property. Andrea does everything possible to make your stay pleasant. everything works and is decent size The view off the terrace is superb as it faces the bay and setting sun. The property itself needs a bit of upgrading but it’s position in olive groves and the space it affords including a raised pool really give it an edge over the normal room. all in all we could/would have stayed longer. The road from this property leads straight the old centre in 6 mins. so you have a spacious site with secure parking really close to town.

    The apartment is really big. 4 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and a big living room made our stay very comfortable. We had 6 in our group. 2 Supermarkets 1 minute walk away. 1 minute to the beachfront and 10 minute walk to the old town of Alghero which is fabulous. Our host, Carmelo was lovely. Very responsive on WhatsApp and organised a transfer from airport which is only 10 minute drive away.

Better call in for exact villa address before your arrival as there is poor network coverige. Was a bit tricky to find it as there are several villas. Villa with amazing sea view with a private pool!     Luxurious villa with amazing rooms. Ideal position, situated next to all the tourist attractions! Martina and Hose, beautiful couple, that helped a lot and in everything, very friendly and in general, amazing people! Great breakfast in a pretty backyard/garden! Recommend this place 100%!

    Nice location if you have a car. Located just out of Alghero suburbs in the garden/villas area. Situated in the Olives garden which gave a nice shade. Quiet and relaxing place. Outside kitchen under the roof. Little terrace with sofas on the outside. Sunbed seats and bikes available for guests. Nice and helpful host. House rules are clearly stated and hung in each room.
