Adorable little fully equipped house. We cooked dinner after going to the grocery store. Cute little beaches and amazing gelaterias if you go to the beach and go left. I had five scoops :) between the two! Like extra good for dairy free! Best part- the owners picked us up when we were walking from the station and took us to the station which is hugely helpful!!! Send them a note :)!

This is a great location property - walking distance to train station which is very nice to avoid driving in Palermo. This location is also very close to the airport. This property had plenty of parking - parking in Italy is a challenge so this was nice to not worry If you like hiking, this property was close to mountain hiking and also close to the beach Owner was very easy to communicate with

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location. Giuseppe is a kind host who provided us with coffee tea and milk with basic breakfast ingredients. The apartment is very well equipped, and recently decorated and furnished. The bed is lovely and comfy. The views are wonderful! It is about 15mins walk from the train station (45 mins to Palermo ) and 20 mins from nearest shop. The pool looked lovely so we will definitely return again in better weather to try it!

The house is splended. The maneger was very helpfull and hostile. He provide as a welcome products such as vine, snacks, watter, fruit, olives olive oil,... There were coffe, tea, sugar... basic kitchen spices. The house is full furnished. There were 4 king size bedrooms, one futon. If you like to cook, you have everything. Even knifes are there. You have 2 bathrooms. The house has 3 airconditions which is really usefull in hot summer. But we had problems to find the place where to put the small key. Dont worry, ask Guiseppe for the video in you will get the instruction. In the livingroom they have a TV but we didnt use it. Wifi works well. You can reach a beach by foot for 15 minuts or by car. There are many different beaches. In the neighbourhood is small market and caffe. But nearby you can find restaurants and gelateria. We got clean towels. In front of the house you have a big terrace. Beautifull sitting area in the evenings to play cards, drink vine and make daly rewie about the day with your familly. There is also one terrace on the roof for more romantic evenings. Outside is a fire place and outdoor kitcher if you prefer cook outside. Parking is on the street, but its safe. To summarise... the house is perfect place for famillies who search privacy and want to feel real Sicilian everyday life style. We spend there only 2 nights but want to come back again. All thanks to the owner who gave us the opportunity to use the house and Guiseppe, the manager, who took care of everything to feel as home.

Very spacious and clean apartment, kitchen was very well equipped, excellent beds, nice bathroom. Nice hosts who welcomed us personally and showed us a mall with a supermarket nearby by driving with us. The apartment is very close to Palermo airport (15 minutes by car till the drop-off of your rented car) which is very helpful if your flight is at 6.30 in the morning. Private parking in the garden closed with an electric fence.

It was a nice house, that was hidden behind a fence which gave us a safe feeling. The pool was just amazing, super big and deep, we loved it. The house itself was very well equipped, we had everything we needed for our holidays.

We enjoyed staying in this home. We have been traveling for over 1 month. It was wonderful to stay in a home with a washer, living room and outside seating area. The home owner is helpful with questions if need be. You are in a residential area so there are very limited places to eat and buy groceries if you don't have a car.

Host speek english well so there was no problem in communication. They show us all needed places in neiboourghood and gave suggestion about tourist attractions. Villa is located in very calm place but you need to be aware that closes train station is 30 minutes by walk so rent the car is a must. Villa is big and have a lot of room to accommodate 2+2 family. A modern appartment in a villa that accommodated the three members of our family. Giuseppe was a great host and he also provided transfer to the airport (payed separately) at 4 o'clock in the morning. The villa is nearby the sea shore and at 5 minutes diatance of the nearest beach.
