The Villa had an in store, swimming pool, it was right on the beach andit was within walking distance of multiple restaurants. We loved everything about this Villa. It was very comfortable for the 12 of us. Nine adults and three children.  It was very close to the train station that we used frequently as well.

Folco was an excellent host, communicating well and responding quickly, the accommodation was suitable also for our little dog, it was amazingly clean, the rooms were SPACIOUS, the beds VERY comfortable, the bathroom was equipped with toiletries whilst the kitchen was equipped with all the kitchen utensils (incl.coffee maker, fridge, oven, induction hob, washing machine, etc). I liked little decorations such as candles and we LOVED the massive fireplace looks very nice .). The place was very safe as there is a huge entrance door :) The only minor thing is missing wifi / but Folco has been working on a solution (so one day wifi could be there ?). The place is almost ON the beach / very close with a short private pathway / with private entrance (Folco lives on the first floor but not interfering your stay at all :), easy parking and lovely terrace with grill and spacious place for drying diving & swimming equipment. Thank you for lovely stay.

The house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was an excellent match for our two families of 7 people. The garden is big, green and maintained big table at the patio. The house is well equipped. We arrived in the evening after the office hours and the communication with agency was perfect, everything went well. The fact that the beach was so close was just another benefit. The bedsheets are for extra charge, but we knew it in advance and made arrangements.

Apartament itself was clean with everything necessary at hand. There are two shops nearby and plenty of restaurants around. Terrace view on top of the building is great but it is better from the apartament closer to the sea. Croissant service in the morning is a must have. People from the Villa are very helpful and were able to help us with any question during our stay.

Great food in the romantic restaurant cooked with love and served with such. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere in the middle of the olive trees. Our dog enjoyed the vacation just as much as this place is truly dog-friendly! Functioning air-conditioners and Miskito nets in all the windows were all the luxury we needed!
