The villa and the views are stunning. Patrizia, the owner was quick in responding and helpful in her insights. Everything about the unit is top notch...beds, appliances, windows/doors, and tiled floors. Each room had its own split until A/C and heater. But, a gentler radiant heat is also available. On site parking is gated and makes it very easy to come and go - no need driving around looking for a parking spot. The family all agree that this was the best unit we've stayed in.

The place is beautiful, Antonella and Antonio were wonderful with us, excellent hosts. The room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning, the bathroom was clean and large. the lemon garden is beautiful and the breakfast was very good. We even got lost and they sent us a taxi to get back

The location overlooking the sea, Amalfi and other villages was gorgeous. We walked the stairs up and back, used the ferry and bus system and had a car which was very easy.

Scala is a quiet and pretty small town close to the Amalfi coast. The place can only be reached by a steep and fairly long old stone stairway. So be aware. Also, don't mistake this place with the "San Lorenzo Villa".
