There are a lot of green plants in the yard. 3 minutes to the sea if you pass through the neighboring villa. The bus to old Budva every 10-15 min and cost 2 euro.

Vending machine at the pool is great idea when there is no bar or restaurant. Nice view on the sea, if you ignore huge parking for buses that is between hotel and beach.
