They didn’t fix the toiletries to the wall to prevent them being pilfered which is actually nice as it shows silent respect to the customer imho. The historical building is amazing especially the interior. And my smallest room had a bath-a luxury nowadays as many hotels all over the world prefer walk-in showers.

The staff are very polite and warm. Never too much or too little effort. Just right. Rooms are spacious and cosy. My personal favourite is the lobby which, even though relatively compact, makes for a great retreat from the city ‘madness’!

The tram connection is just a few steps away. My room was very nice and very clean with luxurious gadgets in the bathroom. The Personal of the Hotel - have never met the friendliest one.
