This place was like hanging out with your crazy uncle, you know the eccentric one that your parents would be skeptic about since there was so much stuff in the house. Very different from any standard pension. Every corner of the house was filled with books and paintings and old items. The host was very nice, invited us in offered us coffee, gave us tips of where to go and eat. The rooms were spacious.

The location is 5 minutes on foot from Dieren station, from where one can reach large parts of the Netherlands within one to two hours. The old part of Dieren is a really nice small village. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beautiful IJssel river and of course in the middle of one of the most beautiful parts of the Netherlands.BartSolo traveller
