The staff was amazingly polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city centre of the Făgăraș. The hotel does not guarantee a parking place but the parking is free in Făgăraș and there are lots of places around the hotel so we had no issues finding one. The check in and check out were smooth. You can do them the traditional way at the reception but they even have an app from where you can check in, open the doors and even checkout.DbubuYoung couple
