I had one request to have my pillow changed the second morning and it was actually met the evening we got back. The room was very spacious and clean, and room service was prompt without being intrusive. The only thing is location could have been more central but given that it is actually near quite a number of interesting sites such as Shengji New Village and the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts as well as the Cultural Centre, it is well worth the money.
