Better in person than the pictures. This was a delight to arrive at after a long car journey. Relaxing location with a luxury touch. As someone mentioned prior... in rainy season, you need a 4x4 but worth it when you arrive.

Really nice vibe. The rooms are a good size. A couple of good area to relax in the garden compound. Note, is located in a traditional village just outside of town. This is a plus but you need to have your own transport or take a taxi there

I was visiting as a Board member of a non-profit, Powering Potential, which is implementing computer labs in schools within the Karatu District. Although my time spent in the villa was limited, as I was busy visiting the local schools, Athanas was incredibly friendly and his chef had delicious meals ready at my convenience every day. I had a great experience during my stay here!

We stayed at Ngorongoro Villa and restaurant from 23rd to 26th October. We had one of our best ever accomodations experience while in Africa. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and running hot water for showers was wonderful. They have a kitchen within a villa with tilled walls, everything was very clean. John the chef was great, quality foods served on buffet we truly had a lifetime experience... Totally recommend.

Beautiful location, and a warm welcome. We loved walking around the local villages before dinner. In the morning we left very early to visit the Ngorongoro crater. The staff gave us a delicious packed breakfast and a packed lunch so we could make the most of our visit.

We had such a wonderful stay at Foresight Eco Lodge. Our welcome from all the staff was so friendly. The location is beautiful with brilliant views over Karatu. It is also very nice being up amongst the local villages. There are lots of local activities to get involved in and some very scenic walks in the area. Anita and Ernest made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend staying here.
