We were impressed with how nice and spacious the cabin was. There was everything we needed (toiletries, cooking utensils, heater fan in the bathroom, etc.) and the location was great. Lovely view of the mountains surrounding us. Easy self check in. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable .

Brand new log cottage with all necessary modern equipment. Located very close to Bryce Canyon and other points of interests along Highway 12. Tad was extremely nice and provided us very useful information for a nice tour at Bryce Canyon and the way to leave the area. Highway 12 and 24 are just exceptionnal.

We just loved our stay! Great, super comfortable and superbly equipped one-bedroom cottage. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom with tub and European-style shower (great!). Fully equipped and stuffed kitchen. Great heating and AC equipment. Great WiFI (super-important feature there). Just a few minutes drive from Bryce Canyon National Park. But the best part is the host - Tad was superbly attentive and helpful, and made our stay really fantastic!

It was conveniently located for hiking Bryce Canyon, Grand Escalante and kodachrome basin. This is the basement of a house, but has been comfortably redone. The 2 queen beds were comfortable, but bunk beds were not.

The home was just wonderful! All the little extras - snacks, fresh eggs, butter and a calendar. All so nice! Even a call from the host to see if we were comfortable! The night sky was just amazing. Thank you!

Full kitchenette and a grill! We stopped at the market nearby and bought Everson spiced company steaks and grilled ourselves...very very impressed! We enjoyed the popcorn and coffee. Rustic but very high quality...We will be back and highly recommend this Villa. Everything needed for a nice quiet stay!

The location is lovely, very close to some restaurants but also about 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon Visitor Centre. The villa is actually a small cabin, but it's ok for 4 people. The beds were comfortable. The cabin has a kitchenette and a nice little patio where you can have dinner. We would recommend this place.
