Wonderful accommodations with plenty of extras. Well stocked kitchen with up to date appliances and cookware. The unit has beautiful views all around and close to everything. Towels and a multitude of beach stuff was available to use. We enjoyed exploring the trail through the historic site to the fishponds to the private beach. The unit provided a detailed book about everything you can do. Communication was excellent and I never had to wait more than a few hours for a response. Definitely would highly recommend.

the home had all the kitchen amenities ... I cooked most of our meals at the house, and it was quite adequate for my needs. (it needs a vegetable peeler though!) Location next to the pool was wonderful and the proximity to the ocean and stores was wonderful and convenient.

    We liked that the property was conveniently located in Waikoloa Beach Village. The local gourmet market has a lot of food choices for lunch at the beach dinner, etc. and it is very convenient to rent beach equipment.

    The villa was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful when checking in. Loved that we could use the main Hilton resort that was a short drive away or shuttle bus. Lots to do around the resort - golf, walking, swimming, snorkeling etc. Shops that were close by offered lots of choice and were great to grab a few supplies. Great value for money.

    We spent our honeymoon there and the whole stay was incredible. The hotel is luxury, but doesn’t try to be something it’s not. The staff are its biggest asset, friendly, efficient and helpful. We were sent complimentary champagne and they allowed us to stay throughout our last day as we had a night flight.

    We love staying in Waikoloa and the Fairway Villas. This is was our second time in the area and we specifically chose to stay in the same location because the condos are nice, roomy, and clean. Considering the reasonable price, the location is a great place to stay while in the area.

    So the management company actually had double booked the property so they moved my mother to the Beach villas. We stayed with a friend at the Fairway villas - so I would say that this unit being very similar to my friend's is probably great. The property area is very convenient and safe - right by the shops including a grocery. The pool and gym are terrific.
