Beautiful private outdoor space to enjoy coffee/glass of wine I. the sun or shade. Communication with property manager and owner were excellent.

The property is non-smoking and is set 28 km from Empire Theater. We loved this sweet little house on a quiet road with beautiful views of sunlit fields. From start to finish our stay was cozy, peaceful, and convenient. The hosts were very clear in their communications and instructions so for example self check-in was hassle-free and using the hot tub was a breeze. We arrived after dark and appreciated the string lights above the entrance that made for a warm welcome. The furnishings and finishes are lovely; the bedrooms and bathrooms well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable. Great location just a short drive to several nice restaurants, and we did a couple hikes in Sandbanks which was nearly deserted and stunningly beautiful this time of year.

Seriously fantastic spot in the heart of Wellington, PEC.. we were walkable to a bunch of great restaurants, shops & a grocery store - and short drives to visit the many local breweries (loved Matron) & wineries. It’s right on the water on an extremely quiet street. Only traffic seemed to be a few people out for a walk. Everything was clean, easy to find and comfy! And some really nice touches on the cozy cups & dinnerware (even though we ate out). The living space was designed super well for a little cottage-type home. I’m 6ft and slept in one of the single beds and slept like a champ! (maybe the wine ;)) We we’re a group of 4 ladies.. could easily work fantastically for a family of 4 too (big backyard to play in). Would book this place again in a heartbeat.
