They provided us with everything we needed, and were happy to fulfil any additional requests we had. The villa itself was lovely - simultaneously modern and rustic. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. It was chilly during our stay but the heat in the villa worked well. They provided a beautiful breakfast for us and a delicious treat when we returned from the water town! Ellie spoke English and helped us navigate our entire stay in Simatai/ Gubei. She provided suggestions and helped organize tickets and transportation to take us from Simatai to Gubei. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for an authentic and personalized experience!
