Hotel location (near Nanjing Road Pedestrian Mall & city-sightseeing bus stop), big room size, lobby & room quite luxuriously appointed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were big and luxurious (nice bathroom with both a bad tub and beautiful shower). I read that the breakfast was good and indeed, this is truly the case. There is a Chinese and Western buffet, both very extended. Close to a metro station and the neighbourhood is very nice (not far from the French concession and surrounded by a lot of nice shops.

Breakfast is top. The design of the restaurant is so nice, it feels like luxurious and very comfortable. The waiters are very polite and friendly. The reception is also very nice, the housekeeping is very helpful. We loved to use the free laundry option, and the rooms and bathrooms are just stunning. The free bottle of wine is also a winner.

Received an upgrade to our room, everything is luxurious and up to the best standards. Highly recommend it.

Excellent, consistent service. The hotel staff were always professional, polite and helpful. We were particularly impressed with housekeeping - she noticed I was taking medication and left a sweet note and extra bottles of water for me. Our villa was unique and beautiful. Each floor was different- living room, tv room, bedroom, bathroom. Location was convenient and quiet.

Good location, close to the Disney resort. Room is good and service is responsive. Decor of the room looks great, and minibar is all free. The Bicester Village Shanghai is very close, offering good shopping.
