Located in the old town of Kakopetria, Irene’s House is a traditionally built property featuring a living room with fireplace and a spa bath. Its private balconies enjoy views over the river and Troodos Mountain. We loved the vibe of this place. Very welcoming host who gave us free chocolate, water and wine. It is a whole house for yourself. Of course the jacuzzi was a highlight :) and to sleep with an open window to the sound of the river and and the smell of the forest. We can't wait to come back. Kakopetria is also a very picturesque village and kept its charme.

Cosy, traditional style house with garden secure for small dogs. Two double bedrooms and shower room. Good wifi. Well equipped kitchen. Nice outdoor area. Quiet location (perfect for us). Easy walking distance to village taverna. Just a few mins drive to nearest supermarket. The owner supplied us with logs for a small charge, which was very convenient. Also a lovely complimentary bottle of wine! Nice touch.

Well maintained & exceptionally clean, kitchen appliances all as new, comfortable & very spacious inside and outside, would be great for a larger family group (there were only 2 of us). Host was very helpful & quick to respond to messages. You do need a car for this location.

The location of the house is stunning, the house itself is beautiful and the attention to every little detail is incredible. We had the warmest of welcomes from the hosts when we arrived who were rightly proud to show us around the property. They really have thought of everything and there were some really lovely touches… several types of coffee, water cooling in the fridge, homemade almond cookies, and plenty of wood for the fire. Nothing felt like too much trouble and Thanis has thought of literally everything that you might need to enjoy your stay and feel at home.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the holiday home free of charge. Outdoor dining is also possible at Στου Στεφανή. The house was very clean and in walking distance to the village square where we enjoyed the Christmas markets. There was a nespresso machine with capsules and English breakfast for tea. The host was nice and reachable in case we needed anything else. There is comfortable street parking outside the house. We turned on the heating and the house was warm.
