Maravu Taveuni Lodge is 3 minutes’ drive from the Matei Village and 5 minutes’ drive from boats to the Rainbow Reef, a further 25-minute trip away. Taveuni Lodge is 20 km from the famous Bouma Waterfalls. Everything was fabulous, the food, the people, the room, the surroundings, the local beach. Perfect, I could not have asked for a better place to experience the beauty of Taveuni. Activities could be organised at the lodge and information and advice was always given freely. The staff there were all lovely, big shout out to Khali!! The gardens are beautiful and perfect to hang out in reading a book or relaxing (just beware of coconuts!) there is a lovely beach nearby with some food places and good snorkelling. I did some diving with Taveuni Ocean Sports (can organise through the lodge) and wow, just wow. Vinaka vaka levu, I will be back!
