Lovely cottage set next to the sea. The house had everything we needed. Warm and comfortable. You can sit by the window and just watch the horses. We visited in winter and it was an excellent place to view the aurora.

Beautiful and comfortable home in a peaceful location. Close to many things worth seeing, the surrounding area is stunning. Stayed with my husband and son, and it was absolutely perfect for the 3 of us. If we ever go back to visit the area we would definitely stay again.

Kría Cottages is set in peaceful Skeljabrekka, 10 km from Borgarnes town centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and views of the Andakílsá River, surrounding mountains and Snæfellsjökull Glacier in the distance. Everything was perfect. Nice view, near Borgarnes, only 5 minutes by car. We had cottage nr 3, for 2 persons. Enough space, and a seperate bedroom. Nice sitting area with a view. Very quiet.
