I loved this property. The view was absolutely fantastic and a joy to wake up to every morning. The house was in a lovely secluded position on the hillside and so well equipped from a fridge freezer, great coffee machine, excellent Wifi and so much more. The owner was so responsive by text and the lovely Melissa was on hand if I needed anything. She also cooked me the best meal I had on the island. There was a great little shop down the road and excellent local restaurant with a bus stop at the end of the track to get into town or to the beach or It was a 15 minute if you fancied the walk to Mourouk beach. I was a solo female traveller and felt very safe. I cannot wait to go back and can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you are wanting to experience a beautiful authentic island off the beaten track. This accommodation offers it all. We stayed at Villa Vetiver on a family trip in March 2024 and it was absolutely dreamy! The entire team who works there from the manager to the staff are extremely kind, welcoming, warm. They went out of their way to make sure sure we had all we needed and were having a relaxing time. The garden/yard is beautiful, with a nice access to the beach. The daily breakfast is fresh, with a variety of options, and always delicious. The rooms are comfortable as well. All in all, this is a stunning place to have a relaxing time!
