The place is amazing a lot of time, thought and effort has gone into designing the complex. Breakfast is simple but has everything you need: cereal, toast, fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and nice hot soup with rice if you like in a nice communal area for people to meet and mingle, with a lovely little garden waterfall pond area. The staff try their upmost to help you even by using their phone with the translation app. The owners are a lovely couple she is Thai and he is Australian, so if you need anything in English and you can’t sort it out with the staff he will always sort it. We came home late one night and all the fuel garages were shut. Spoke to him and he sent one of the boys down to grab us some fuel so we can get back to a garage, so helpful and she tried to organise us a cab on our first day and she couldn’t get one, so she got in the car and drove us 20 minutes into Jomtien Beach. It’s about 20 minutes out from Jomtien Beach, but it’s all highway/motorway so it’s very easy travelling in and out. If you want to go into Pattaya you can catch a tuk-tuk from Jomtien Beach to Soi 6 Pattaya city for 10 Baht which takes 30 minutes and catch it back from Walking St, Police are everywhere pulling tourists over for drink-driving at night, so be careful as it will cost you 2000 to 4000 baht to be released. Being a brand new property everything was exceptional. The interior design was elegant and very exceptional. Everything you’d expect a 5 Start property to be. The private plunge pool and hot tub on the terrace made it a great place to relax. Unlike many properties there is no Buffett breakfast which we welcomed. Instead each morning we were delivered fresh fruits, yoghurts and eggs. The service was exceptional and if your needs couldn’t be met immediately arrangements were made. I congratulate management on what they have created.

Plus, the complimentary room cleaning every third day was a delightful touch, keeping the villa looking immaculate throughout our stay. This level of care and attention to detail truly made our experience feel luxurious and pampered. What truly set this experience apart was the impeccable service. When we encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, the staff, particularly Nastya and Raaz, went above and beyond to promptly resolve it. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made us feel valued guests. In fact, the level of service here rivaled, if not surpassed, that of many hotels we've stayed in. This was undeniably the best villa experience we've ever had, and we wouldn't hesitate to return. It was simply a dream come true. Thank you immensely for everything!
