- London - Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment provides accommodation in London near Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12nn. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center; main attractions like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. I would like to mention the ladies from POTUS Bar & Restaurant; Jenny, Anna, and Madalena who made our breakfast even more enjoyable. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The staff was great. The receptionists Patricia Mary and Gela were very helpful and exceptional hosts and made our stay most memorable, including a birthday cake in our room, thank you all! The room was clean and bright, Viorica from housekeeping is doing o great job. Alexandra from the breakfast is very professional and very kind. The inginer from the maintenance 11th floor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic job Michael and Alfred from concierge ! Ahmed from Spa and swimming pool is very friendly and professional! The staff from the Florentine Trattoria was really nice! Manuello and Abdoul very professional! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious breakfast and excellent hospitality! I definitely will come back!

Located on the south side of the River Thames, 650 metres from the London Underground, Park Plaza London Riverbank has free WiFi and air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs. i had a great stay, lovely ambiance, friendly staff, great location , big & clean room . highly recommended & I’ll back ASAP

Located on the South Bank of the Thames, Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is set opposite the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, on the South Bank. Excellent hotel, very good location, very friendly staff, you can walk around a lot because everything is close, we will definitely come back.

Novotel London Waterloo is located in the heart of London, just a few steps from the banks of the River Thames and a short walk from the Westminster Palace. Very nice Hotel, perfect location 10 minutes walking to some mayor attraction and tube. Breakfast was nice with lot of choice. Best part it was so quiet in our room so we could get a good night sleep and hotel was full of kids. We would definitely recommend it to families.

Situated on London's South Bank, this modern and family-friendly hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the River Thames and London Eye. Location was great… very close to London eye and Big Ben. Staff was very helpful and also gave us an upgrade. The rooms were really nice clean. Loved every bit of it.
