We had dinner one evening and breakfast each day. On each occasion we found the food and service to be very good. In general the hotel has a relaxed, homely atmosphere which suits it well. Our rooms in the mews were comfortable and well furnished albeit the decor is due for refreshment, now being past its prime. Overall we enjoyed our stay - it made for a relaxing weekend.

Lovely old inn in a beautiful quiet village. Plenty of space for parking, right outside of the stable room we were staying in. The shower/ tv etc were high quality. The room was clean and quiet. The team of staff, led by a great manager, were all extremely friendly and really helpful. Breakfast, ordered the evening before, was top quality. We had two evening meals from the restaurant menu and both were really tasty and well prepared.
