ALL the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to transport, supermarket and other food shops and about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful tiergarten park. Also a nice breakfast.

Toooo expensive for a Ibis Budget hotel Two nights with breakfast: 301 €.... First WE of September.

Wasn’t really happy about that cleaner 3 times came to room to check if we moved out, although it says check out until 12 noon

Rooms are quite small. There is no scrambled eggs for breakfast.

The hotel is close to the TU Berlin and Zoo, as well as the city center. Breakfast is fair, rooms are clean. The hotel met all expectations but I did not spend a lot of time in the room but outside.

Bed along one wall, needed to climb over other person to get into bed (bed head one end, ladder at other). No fridge, or kettle. Floor dusty on arrival. No side tables.

Convenience to transport, restaurants, some desired shopping (not into high end), little supermarket. Roomier than expected, but was a disabled room (wheel chair friendly). Good response to emergency call button (inadvertently pulled string in bathroom thinking it was a hotel clothes line)

Air conditioning system in the unit is very deficient. Not powerful enough to lower temp in room.

They come to refresh the bed every day but didn't clean the floor and took away the extra pillow we used from the extra bed that was in the room 😑

It was in a very good position with a U-Bahn in front of it, a couple of supermarkets nearby and some good restaurants in willing distance, vegan ones too!

We did not like the smell when we first entered the room and the floor was a bit dirty as well.

We really liked the location and how close it was to a subway station. We were able to get anywhere we wanted in a really short amount of time which is amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful, as well.

the shower smelled of sewage, but nothing a quick lüften won't fix.

- big, comfy bed with double mattress protectors - hotel and surroundings felt very safe - grocery store, bakery, U-Bahn station all in less than 5 minutes walk - private parking 15€/night (BEWARE - limited spots available and no reservations. There's probably 50 spaces for both Ibis hotels, and when we arrived, there was only one regular space left!)

I like that the room was clean. I felt comfortable with my room, and the bed. The receptionist were present, and accommodating and answeres all my queries. The hotel is very accessible to public transportation. The dining staff were so welcoming😊; cozy dining room😊. They made perfect croissant. All in all, i enjoyed my stay in the hotel/city!

The room seems a bit small but ok because we stayed only for a few hours at night. The bathroom shower was ok but could have been better.

Good breakfast. Good location. There was an option to keep the luggage even after checking out. This is good.

The parking was a little small and I thought it was free. I didn't notice it was paid until I was checking out.

The location was great and a much better value for money than its counterpart in Paris.

The room had a bathroom containing only a toilet, sink was in the room and the shower was located inside a separate room in the main room. No smart-TV or possibilty to connect a device of your own. The hotel breakfast was very basic, no warm food and the eggs were boiled too hard (we had breakfast several times) - I would opt for breakfast at a nearby bakery or pick up yummies from the grocery store for the same price or less.

There were some mosquitoes in the room.. and some dead ones on the walls.. I just took off my glasses.

The location is fine, easy to find public transportation to any central place. The furniture seems pretty and feels comfortable. The hotel staff is kind and helpful.

Staff were judging a gay couple in their native Polish language unaware that I could understand what they were saying. Also upon checking out, one young girl kept ignoring me and chatting with her friend.

The mattresses… at least in our room… they definitely need changing….

Great location, lots of great sights and stores nearby. A few meters away from a U- Bahn station that can transfer you in minutes all over this great city. More than decent breakfast!
