We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyIt was good accommodation for family stay, no complain here but it will be better if you have one or two more choice in breakfast, though it's already good level of foods and drinks. Ideally two rooms should be next to each other.
It is clean, quiet and nice hotel, close to the airport and major motorway. Good size of parking area, roomy breakfast area and nice breakfast were also good. It is recommendable with fair enough reasons.

GermanyIt was the last one available and it look like other were not so lucky. The parking was king of tight. It seems there was low water pressure. I had to guess how to use the shower. It was pretty but strange to me.
I liked the breakfast. It had a good variety and selection of items. The attendants were friendly and available. I was able to get a parking space. I made a request for a triple room and the response was prompt and it worked out for us.

BelgiumThis is a very good hotel and an exceptional stay when you are driving back from your holidays. The personnel is very kind and the facilities quite good (bar, restaurant and sauna). We arrived at 21:30 after a 13-hour drive in the traffic and we were upgraded to a better room and free access to the SPA, which was a heaven sent. I will totally stay here again for my next visit to the area!
