You need to have more toys in the children room especially since you have a space for it. Something from wood. We were with children 1,5 and 3 years Old and it was only possible to make a drawing

Thé staff - I can’t say that I have ever stayed at a hotel where the staff were so caring, helpful and friendly. Great location, lovely comfortable room and fantastic scrambled eggs for breakfast. Wouldn’t look to book anywhere else in St. Malo

It was on the warm side, the lobby as well as the room. We kept the window open for sleeping.Next time we will have to ask how to lower the temperature.

Everything was good, there was nothing I could say bad about our stay here

This was a fabulous location within the walls of the old St Malo Castle, it was a beautiful place and I wish we had spent more time there but our commitments didn’t allow this, I would definitely return there again and spend a lot more time there.

A fabulous hotel right in the middle of Old Saint-Malo with secure parking. Can’t speak highly enough of Nolan who greeted us at reception with a lovely welcome and who helped us with a number of questions that we had. A credit to the hotel. Our room was lovely (501), on the top floor and with space to spare. Would definitely book it again. Breakfast was good with options for standard Continental or Continental + cooked items.

I felt that the hotel had space for a restaurant although there were many close by.

I chose the hotel due to its location within the walls of St Malo. Close to many restaurants within easy walking distance. Room was ok, breakfast and staff were good. I had managed to park my car close by outside the walls, but due to the bad weather whilst I was staying there, I never used it until I left to return to Roscoff.

The actual toilet was in a cupboard rather than in the huge bathroom . Rather claustrophobic

Nolan and the entire staff were professional, efficient and most importantly, genuine & kind. Shower water pressure was nice and strong. Breakfast room was perfect No Wifi glitches!!!

Pd was sufficient to start the day. Loved the crusty bread and honey. Well positioned in the old Town with an excellent Creperie directly across from the hotel door. Lovely helpful staff on the main desk and the room was immaculately clean.

the breakfast room was a bit "complicated" ( there were 2 different breakfast arrangement) but the breakfast buffet was good.

great location in St Malo intra-muros; there was no problem bringing our two dogs along - there was even a dog bed and bowls waiting for them in the room, and staff was very friendly to them. Very comfortable bed and large quiet room. Breakfast was great too.

trying to find the hotel was VERY hard! It sits in the historic district on very narrow streets and we went round and round driving these streets trying to find it. Finally had to stop and ask. They have a few parking spots underground and would need to reserve ahead of time. I would almost suggest parking the car outside the historic district and walking to the hotel. These narrow streets are overwhelmed with people walking them.

We had a 06.00 check out, wished we could have reserved the parking. Although not far to walk to the underground, we had an issue getting out as machine didn't recognise our ticket time etc.
