Parking is a bit of an issue, but you can stop outside to load / unload then park in the public carpark 10 mins walk away. There's not much space in the rooms for your stuff for a family of 4 (we had a 2 bedroom appointment) but if a couple of you don't mind living out of your case then its fine. Also the apartment only has a hob and microwave but when we accidentally bought food that couldn't be microwaved, we told the staff and they brought us a countertop oven for us to use, which was excellent!

The apartments are very basic and a little run down, but we knew this before coming as we've stayed here before. What made us come back was its excellent location for ski to door (snow permitting) and the wonderful staff all at a budget price. The beds were comfy and we only ran out of hot water once when we were back late from skiing. We had a view of the chair lift which was nice.

Car park hard to locate then to locate accommodation from there when you have no clue was hard. Enjoyable stay and will be back x

No heating in ski store room. Difficult to dry ski clothing in apartment. No oven or grill even in 2 bed apartment so cooking food has to be well planned. Parking close by limited. Local mobile phone signal awful do you really need to purchase WiFi which is rather expensive.

Great location if sufficient snow on runs to village. Without snow the only safe return is to go via cable car to Sanoen, bus to Morrillon and cable car back up to Les Essert. Comfortable and warm though fairly basic. Quiet village. Couple of nice restaurants but you need to book.

Run down apartment. Very poor value for money. > 20 year old dishwasher that didnt work. Left disgusting dirty water at the end of the cycle. We had to wash by hand. We asked a technician to fix it, but he couldn't, he agreed the machine is too old. Worst is that they knew about this before we checked in and didnt inform you about it nor had fixed or replaced it. Basically they don't care... I tried to contact the organization before this review, but it is impossible to get any responds. The facilities haven't seen any upgrade for over a decade. The skilockers give the feel of a basement of an apartment block from the 1960s. Old, narrow, smelly Plates and cutlery are not complete for a family of 4. The apartment is tiny as in a typical French skiresort. But for what this organization charges, you can find a different one easily with a better value for money. The skiarea is great for beginners, but for more advanced there is little challenge.

Overpriced for what you get. Bare minimum included and everything else an overpriced extra. Folding beds makes a lot of noise and the mattress is beyond its lifetime. Recommend to look for better price vs quality elsewhere.

- We were told on arrival that there were sheets for the beds already in the room, but only one set of sheets was there. By the time we realised (about 7:30 pm) and went to ask for more sheets the reception had closed for the day, nobody answered the phones, and there was no notice about what to do in case of urgent problems. The kids had to sleep without any sheets on their bed for the first night - very unpleasant. - Apartment wasn’t very clean - balls of dust/hair wafted out from under the beds/sofa etc. - All of the excess charges were very high (60 euros for a dog for our 2 night stay, 9 euros for towels per person etc) which ended up making the trip much worse value for money than it seemed at face value. - The apartment layout meant that it felt very small (even by ski apartment standards!). The double bed in the main bedroom took up the entire depth of the room so you have to climb over the bed to actually get in. As the beds are only 190 cm long and my husband is quite tall, we had to sleep with the bedroom door open so there was space for his feet! - The apartment stank of cigarettes because our neighbours were smoking on their balcony and the vents on the windows meant that all their smoke wafted in to our apartment.

communication. tried several times to call the number….no answer. emergency number- no answer. no kettle. no t towels. no washing up liquid. no dish cloth. no instructions how to work radiator.

Excellent place to stay for its money. Nice and friendly staff, correct rooms, clean and tidy, rather fresh furniture.
