I never even got a cup of coffee they had some lousy handwritten note saying no coffee today

I never got breakfast during their breakfast hours it ran out in the morning and they did not replace it even though I paid for it on top of the room price!

as mentioned above and then to make things worse, when we tried to check in, we were told that they were overbooked and our reservation was cancelled without any prior notice.

Nothing - the property was dirty and not taken care of, it appeared that there were long term occupants.

Every single thing in the room was disgusting and filthy. Roaches ran when the lights were turned on, the smell of the halls and rooms was overwhelming and putrid, there were stains on all bedding and pillows, burns and rips in the bedding, graffiti all over the doors and bathroom mirror, broken glass on the wall painting, food and dirt all over the walls, trash on the floors, electrical open and hanging from the roof, people screaming and fighting in the parking lot, people smoking weed and drinking out in the open hallway with 3 large dogs roaming the hall- had to walk through this with 3 children. It was scary and disgusting

Absolutely nothing. I’m trying hard to think of one single positive thing, and I can’t. I have never experienced such a disgusting hotel!

Place used to be nice now taken over by drugs and prostitution. Rooms are being guarded . They did not fulfill our booking they gave us wrong rooms for 8 people we asked for non smoking and we got smoking.only 1 king bed the other key to the room would not even open . Hall ways are leaking water . Towels on the floor . Front desk said they could help us and that money would be givin back from online . No help. Place is no longer safe . This hotel is a wr. House

That place was a straight up crack den. The photos they used of the hotel on their page is outdated and looks nothing like that. False advertisment. Do not go here especially if you have young children to bring. Everything was dirty, stains, garbage, drug deals out front, we were even harassed by the people living there.

The room was bad I didn't end up staying. Had to sleep in my car they couldn't find a room for me . Requesting a refund back. I wouldn't recommend this place. Look more like a homeless shelter.

I’ve made my booking two months from the date of booking, and when I arrived to the place , after 6 hours of driving and it was already evening, they told me that they have no rooms , they claimed that they were sent a message for Booking.com and I didn’t got any of these , it was really disappointing

reeked of pot, was locked in the bathroom for over an hour because the door handle was broke. the light switch was on the outside of the bathroom so had no way to turn it in after the door shut behind me and the handle did not work. so I was stuck in a dark bathroom for over an hr till my husband got back and was able to me out of there. front desk staff when she was informed just stated oh sorry. what a waste of money, I will never stay at a Wyndham company ever again. it has taken weeks to get anyone to respond, management ignored my calls and voice mails. then when I reached out to corporate I was offered points. I do not belong to Wyndham and will not join after what happened. Worst service ever. so disappointed in how we have been treated.

They advertise “free breakfast” but there wasn’t any available, they invented different excuses but that was quite disappointing. Beds had bed bugs. Me and my family ended with multiples bites in our bodies. Very itching, blistering some of them! Staff was quite unfriendly, except for 2, everyone else had some attitude when I would ask them for breakfast, or when my key wasn’t working, every single day my key didn’t work

Location was good as we went for six flags.
