That one of the housekeepers housekeepers found it necessary to create a hazard and then act like she couldn't speak english

I felt the elevator should be working by now. It has been out for years and to make people climb those 3 flights of stairs. It could be a hazard, especially if you have an employee who won't clean the stairs properly and make sure they're wet. And then have an attitude about it and cause a great disturbance in problem.So I hope the elevator can be fixed for safety reasons

It was dirty the tv didn’t work not enough towels on 2 for a family of 4 plaster missing off of wall.. people living in the hotel broken down cars all around property young kids partying no continental breakfast like advertised mattresses old and stained room smelled like pee elevator not working stairs nasty

I paid extra just for breakfast and there was none got room for 4 adults and only 2 towels lady at front desk said she would bring it to my room as soon her boss came in that never happened

Was told they were remodeling and it's probably 10 years overdue. You can tell the people who stay at this place are seedy in nature and have done a number on this particular place. There was trash overflowing the dumpster and the parking lot had several cars that didn't seem to work. The balcony door handle and lock was broken when i stepd outside i realized there was no longer an outsde handle at all so I was almost locked out on the balcony.

The staff were polite and friendly.

I didn't like that once you enter the room it had a weird odor to the point we had to spray our carpet with some carpet fresher to get the smell out as well as there being a big patch in the carpet. The wifi never worked during the three days that we were there even though we were told it was getting fixed. Prepare when night time come there is a lot of late-night traffic of people hanging in the parking lot. Check out was smooth but when I was gathering my family things i realized there was people who was squeezing and hopping the gates that was there I'm glad we made it the three day with no problem.

I liked that the bed is comfortable and it was really relaxing.

Cockroaches all over the room. Inside mini fridge, on the carpet, on the small couch furniture they had in room, worst of all I found some in the bed. Rooms need to be taken care of better. Other than that it's exactly what I expected for the price.

literally no parking and was told to park across the street where a security told us no we can’t park then had to go back to the hotel wait about 45 min in the car for someone to leave all at 130 am

The place was dirty and old, ceiling had black spots or mold, sheets looked dirty or had stains. Sofa was dirty. Door looked like someone tried to brake into room. The lights had white and yellow bulbs. Restroom was a bit dirty. The worst part is all the noise from the highway.

Front deck staff was pretty rude (just one lady) needs a refresher course on customer relations. Had to take out my trash a couple times, ask for towels and had to ask to have bathroom cleaned. I stayed 8 days as i was transitioning a move out of state. Just not what you expect for the price

There was a fancy suv parked in half of the handicapped spot making it impossible for a handicapped person to park there. It was there at 2:00 when we checked in and at 11:00pm when we got back. It did not have handicap placard or license plate. Suspect was a worker since parked there so long and wasn't towed away because of lack of placard. There were holes in the sheets. There was spackle around the toilet paper holder and the holder was loose. When we came back at 11:00 had to park next to a car with spider webs by the tires and rocks on the dented hood. Worried about the safety of our car. The breakfast was not much, soft crumbled granola bars, canned fruit, Capri sun juice and there were only 2 banana available. The coffee was empty so she had to refill it. Coffee was very weak. The first floor room had a door that opened out to parking lot. Was worried about security

The beds were comfortable but holes in sheets. TV was perfect and room seemed clean.

My stay there is the worse. Breakfast only rice crispy or granola bar, small cup of fruits. Non smoking room should not smell cigarette & smoke. We have allergies. We have to ask for another room. Which they did , later on that afternoon the hallway on the third floor it’s so smoky & the smoke enter through the door., I even put towel to cover & sealed the bottom of the door. So smoke won’t go in. We have to open the sliding door to let the Smoke out. They should put sign every where non smoking. And it should followed. The carpet needs to be clean. Linen should not have no stain.

When we arrived , just after midnight, the staff was minimally helpful. Didn’t give us directions to the room, details about breakfast or anything. It also looked there was mold in the corner of the bathroom when I got out of the shower in the am. Sheets also had holes in them. Toilet wasn’t working properly either
