Our first room has very good view towards the sea but the noise from elevators was too loud and the hotel changed us to another room that was better. The water in the swimming pool in the hotel is too cold.

The staff is excellent. The food is also good.

Room service cleaning took too long maybe due to the amount of rooms they have to clean. It took till about 3 or 4pm for our rooms to be cleaned. Too many people crowding elevators, having to stop so many times just to get to lobby. The pool was also too covered and maybe the reason why it was a little cold.

Location is prime, staff were VERY accommodating and always happy to help out with whatever we needed even if it was something out of ordinary. We checked out 3am and they even prepared breakfast for us. A++ Breakfast was also amazing and so much offerings

We experienced a minor issue during check-in; the hotel staff did not recognize the card used for booking as a valid payment method, despite the amount already being deducted to secure the room. We explained that it was a virtual card, yet we were required to pay again with the assurance that the initial charge would be voided. Unfortunately, the reversal of the original amount has not yet occurred. We would greatly appreciate the hotel’s assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I have been vacationing with my family in Vietnam for more than 10 years. The Havana Nha Trang Hotel has its own beautiful beach with an underground tunnel to it, delicious breakfasts, gorgeous pools, SPA, gym, many beautiful flowers and plants on the territory, a large area. Excellent service and very polite and friendly staff. A holiday on the coast is a real pleasure. Exotic cuisine - the restaurant offers a variety of dishes, fruits and seafood that will delight even the most discerning gourmet. Ideal for families and couples.

Couldn’t find a bad to say, if I was saying any negative which is small really, that all staying gusts shouldn’t have to pay to access the roof top bar. Which was a amazing .

The music can be heard in the upper level rooms. It didn't bother me a great deal because I like to have the TV on which drowns the noise.

I was in floor 36th floor, with a fabulous view of the beach and horizon. The room was excellent, spacious, clean with a great bathroom which included the best view over the bathtub. The overhead shower was great too!

Nothing worth mentioning.

Nicer hotels certainly exist out there, but for the money they charge, this stay tops my world list of 73 countries as best value for money! The whole of Vietnam does!! Not to leave the wrong impression, this is a 5-star resort and no luxury has been spared. Their "standard double room" for c.$50/night was a 24th floor, beach view, with breakfast, swimming pool access, jacuzzi and sauna all included. It also gave me 30% massage discount. Their on-site spa provided hands down the best massage I have ever had, full hour for like $15. In the USA, I've easily paid $400/night + resort fees for the same amenities, but infinitely worse service and the insolent expectation I should be handing down 20% tips on $25 drinks. If you want the right experience, board a plane and fly to Vietnam! It will end up saving you money! The location also deserves a special mention - two of the top bars/clubs in Nha Trang are actually in the hotel, Havana Club and Skylight, and with THE number one spot in the city, Sailing Club, being only a short nice walk along the beach away.
