Located in Port Ellen, No. 1 Charlotte Street has a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi. The rooms in the hotel are fitted with a coffee machine. An amazing place where to have a super relaxed stay in the middle of the whisky tour rush. Super kindly staff, and super clean. I won’t hesitate one minute to book this place again next time I will decide to reach the “peated Island”. 😁

The Trout Fly Guest House offers accommodation in the centre of Port Ellen, minutes from the ferry terminal and only 3 miles from our local airport. everything about the property is amazing and especially the landlord is exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

Situated on Islay, Dha Urlar offers 4-star accommodation with a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring a tour desk, this property also has outside decking. An excellent experience. Hosts Jim and Caroline were superb and we were made to feel very welcome, as well as gaining some very helpful insight into what to do (and not do!). Breakfast was delicious and the accommodation top-notch. We hope to return again soon.

Offering sea views, Eilidh’s Guest House is an accommodation set in Port Ellen, 100 metres from White Hart Beach and 2 km from Kilnaughton Beach. Great view out of the bedroom over the bay of Port Ellen, clean room, nice bathroom and a lovely, freshly prepared breakfast by the host (at Trout Fly). Niall was an exceptional host, friendly and helpful. You can also park right in front of the property and there is a bus stop nearby.

Large comfortable room, the hotel were very responsive to my request to extend our stay and very helpful with dinner reservations.
