What could I say about this apartment. Amazing views of the castle and port, beautiful room with nice touches, kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very kind and helpful hosts and amazing breakfast, home baked pastries and cakes which was different everyday! Our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it if you want to fully experience Greek hospitality and a comfortable stay. The hosts very kindly prepared the room earlier than the check in time for us, we had different pastries for breakfast in our room every day, the room was beautiful, and the place was so quiet and chilled. They took very good care of us, and everyone was very kind, responsive and very helpful whenever we needed help. We loved our stay and we would definitely go back to it! The hosts are really welcoming, heart-warming and helpful. We were picked up and also brought back to the port (and got help with our luggage) on our departure day. We were getting very helpful tips about which beach we should visit according to wind and weather forecast. Apart from the above, we received little homemade treats of local products everyday. The rooms were very clean. Next to the rooms there was a nice little beach for a morning dive (2min. walk). The rooms had a sea/beach view, which was amazing. The perfect getaway! The rooms were very quiet and only 10min walk to town. The biggest supermarket of the island was round the corner. We would definitely recommend Votsalo! The overall experience of our stay was very good!
