I can highly recommend it to everbody and will personally come back again. Shopping Center just 200 meters from the building with shops and restaurant incl a big Coop supermarket. Highlights besides the great service, location and comfortable gib rooms are of course the 2 roof top terraces. Both with swimming pool high quality equiped sun beds, chairs and furniture. As well to mention is the professional service and high quality of the drinks and food. Special thanks to Roberto and Michel Angelo in the evenings during relaxing cool live music sessions at the bar and during the day to Zana. Katy was really lovely and always on hand to help with anything at all. She is an absolute credit to the place. Our room had an amazing view of the lake and a huge balcony. The pool was great and never crowded. The walk into Malcesine was a bit tiring in the heat but there is a bus from right outside the hotel if you don't want to walk. We got the bus back twice during our stay which was great. There is also a lovely restaurant right outside the gates which was really handy and another place 5 mins away, Speck Stube which was a grill house with huge outside area, great atmosphere, was brilliant for a drink. We originally only booked 4 nights here but ended up adding another 3 nights on as we loved it so much. Safe underground parking available too. Massive well done Katy and the team.
