Mark & Jason are beautiful souls. Lovey decor, everything was comfortable from the sofa, single chairs, dining chairs, bed, bathroom was easy to move around in. The towels nice and fluffy. Nice size kitchen with everything required for a four day stay. TV in lounge room and the bedroom. Plenty of space to hang clothes and plenty of draw space, nice little nook in bedroom for putting on makeup. I love that the mirror in the bathroom has a light and a demister. A nice size fridge. Very, very clean with great views, we were lucky to be on the top floor after 4 flights of stairs don't let that put you off. A nice quiet location. Very quick walk to the city center and foreshore. The bonus for us was having a washing machine/dryer with only travelling with carry-on luggage. Car parking was never an issue always plenty of spaces available at all times. I would recommend any one to book, Mark and Jason are lovely, friendly hosts who also own The Tea Junction which is also a must visit owned by Jason & Mark. The photos on booking.com are exactly what it is like in the apartment.

The location was outstanding. This apartment is right on the promenade. There are 4 windows facing out to the bay in the living and dining room. It was peaceful just sitting on the sofa and gazing out the windows. I was a little worried that being on the promenade might be noisy, but the promenade was not busy and it is was rather quiet even with the windows open. This apartment is huge with a long hallway separating the living and sleeping areas. It was furnished with everything I needed for a short stay. It was also very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit.
