The apartment was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, spacious and a good location just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shopping, historic sites and the waterfront. Check-in with the host was super easy. The portable A/C kept the rooms very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations. We had champagne and food waiting for us upon our arrival. Fred, our host, was very accommodating to our late arrival. He made us feel at ease after a long, stressful day of traveling. Fred was very helpful with all aspects of checking in and out. He was very responsive and gave us many recommendations and tips while we were there. Best host experience I have ever had!

Truly a SUNNY house! My apartment faced east, and every morning the sun came up over the water, filling the rooms with light. Lots of windows to let in the sea breezes, modern and updated, and a very convenient location. I also got to see another apartment in the building, and it was equally nice: newly renovated with lots of light, and spacious as well. Location is great -- just a few minutes walk to the beach area, about 10 minutes to the train station, and with a ton of restaurants and stores nearby. There's a grocery store right down the street if you want to get a few basic items or decide to cook some meals. Nicely appointed kitchen with new appliances, well-designed bathroom, and a large bedroom with a good-sized closet. The BEST part though was Rita, who was incredibly warm, helpful and friendly, and even had a delicious focaccia and a beer waiting for me on arrival! Rita responded to any questions or needs almost instantly, and was very generous with her recommendations for restaurants and with SML info. She lives in the building and obviously cares about making sure her guests have a good visit in her beautiful city. Catching a bus to Portofino or a train to Cinque Terre was easy, and the SML restaurants and nightlife made for a really enjoyable time there. Can't wait to return and will definitely be staying at Sunnyhouse again!

The flat had everything you can imagine; dishwasher, washing machine, nespresso coffee machine, iron, etc... The rooms were spacious and nice, with large private balcony terrace area, extremely beautiful during breakfast. The communication with owners was prompt and easy. Close to amnesties; super markets, restaurants and transport if needed. the owners offered me their own garage for parking my rental car, because parking over night is difficult.BunniFamily with young children

We were met by the nice and friendly mother in law Maria Theresa, who showed us everything in the apartment, and not to forget; where and how to park the car... in a very small nearby garage - but it's included in the price and just 30 meters away.
